Message: Great stuff, Doetsch. Your books blew my doors off. I knew you when you were a kid, everyone always said you were wicked smart but I didn't believe it because you didn't hang with the brainy crowd. What I saw was the kid who liked jumping off bridges, ran faster than lightning, could round-house-kick a can off someone's head in the blink of an eye, was a crazy skiier and played a mean ass guitar. Of course, unlike us, you still look like a kid. There is no question you based Michael on yourself, everyone should know, you could probably pull off everything your character does. Didn't you work for The State Department out of college? Later

Message: I was in Russia three years ago and in all this time and everything I read, you are the first person to capture what I saw. The fact that you turned it into a thriller made it magical. You write like an old pro and remind me of Robert Ludlam. I will order your first book with great expectations. You already hooked me with the first chapter
